House Cheese Blend

We use a blend of cheeses on all of our pizzas. Some pizzas include house blend plus cheddar cheese. Others have fresh mozzarella instead of LMPS that is used on pizza. Our pizza cheese is a blend of different mozzarellas and provolone. It gives a non-smoky punch to accent the creamy mozzarella. We use Grande cheese, the best cheese in the country.

Parmesan

A staple in every Italian kitchen. Put it on everything! Finish off your pizza, add to spaghetti sauce, use to thicken alfredo sauce, put it on cereal! Parmesan cheese is undefeated!
